Natalie Roach Facer

Natalie Rose Roach Facer, 79, of Asheville passed away on Friday, May 11, at WNC Baptist Home. Born in Monroe County, NY, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Esther Becker Roach. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Penfield, NY. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Henry Facer. Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Helen Williams and her husband, Mark, of Asheville, Bernice Hazel Facer and her husband, Tim Angle of Fullerton, CA and Betty Rose Facer of Norfolk, VA; and one brother, Ronald Roach of Stanley, NY. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012, at 11 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Penfield, NY. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 31 College Place, Asheville, NC, 28801 or to Asheville Humane Society, 55 Shiloh Road, Asheville, NC, 28803.
