My condolences to your family. Tommy was the 1st Sergeant I had when I joined the Asheville Police Department in 1979 and he taught me many things. There are still some of us here at the Police Department that will always remember him. He was a pleasure to work for and to be around. I will be out of town during the services otherwise I would tell you in person what a fine man I thought he was. Again, my condolences.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sgt. Carver will always be remembered for his kindness.

I’m so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. When I think of Mr. Carver, I always think of him cutting up with me every time he’d see me, and how impressed I was when he played the piano for me when I visited your house years ago.
