I only met Mr. Poplin a few times, while he was a patient on 3W at the VA Hospital here in Asheville. I’m a student nurse at ABTech, and he was so patient with me on my first day taking vital signs. My contact with Mr. Poplin was brief, I know, but he was honestly a sweet person and a pleasure to work with. I know that all the nurses there adored him. He will truly be missed.
May God Bless and Keep you in His care during this time of great sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Sincerely,
Arnold and Phyllis Rampey
