Lucille Bonnie Hyatt Stockton, 90, of 110 Sluder Branch Road, Candler, died Saturday, August 11, 2007, at John F. Keever Solace Center following an extended illness.
A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Kimmie and Faye Howell Hyatt and was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stockton. She was a member of New Morgan Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Regina Rice and her husband Floyd of Candler; a grandson, Tracy Rice; a granddaughter, Shelby Collis and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday at New Morgan Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the John F. Keever Solace Center, PO Box 5779, Asheville, NC 28813.
We all loved lucille she was and always will be a wonderful person. And we wish all her familey members the best.
