So sorry about all of our loss of ‘Miss Kitty’. She was in my sunday school dept. at calvary baptist. We sat together and had nice long talks during chapel. She was so precious to me. 22. Jane and family,
I am so sorry about you Mom. She was so incredibly sweet. I can still remember her stopping by to see me at one of my first jobs when I was a teenager. She would share a joke, carry on her walk around the mall, and then stop by another day. I wanted to let you know I am keeping you and your Mom in my thoughts.

    Love
    Susie (Brittian) Dudman and family

  23. My sorrow and sympathy to the family of Kitty and Hub. I am a first cousin to Hub. My dad was Jud Medlin. Kathyrn and her family have always been dear to me. I spent many nights at the home in Franklin after staying for basketball practice and not having a way home.
Hello to Iris, a special high school friend.
Love to all. Wish I could be there for the funeral service. God bless each and every one. I love you.

  24. FYI, Kathryn and my mother, Nina Elmore Gibson, worked together briefly at Belks in Franklin NC during the late ’40s, just before my mom and dad married 3/1950.

My mom talked about her friend Kathryn and I read a few letters written about babies and their anticipated futures.

Although I never met any of you, my mom’s stories are part of my earliest memories. Your mom’s letters were cherished by my mother. I don’t know when they stopped communicating.

    My mother died 8/2/1995.

May your Thanksgiving be filled with happy memories.

    Bless you,
    Beverly Gibson Webb
