Psalm 103:11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward them that fear Him.
Billie, Nothing happens to us that does not pass through the hands of our heavenly Father. God in his sovereighty, has taken one we all love, we don’t always understand why, but always trust that God has a purpose and controls every situation and Dave is with his creator. I will pray for you each day. I love you

To all of you, I am so saddened to read of David’s death, but also I am thrilled to know that he has gone to be with the Lord, and we will see him again. I am the granddaughter of Dock Dean, who was a brother to your grandfather, Dave Dean. My grandmother, Allie Dills Dean, was also a niece of your grandmother Sina Bryson Dean. Her mother’s name was Julia. Having said that, just as a way of letting you know who I am, please know that our prayers are with you all. I am sorry that I never met Billie, or you children of David. I have great memories of the times that we saw each other, especially Robert Edward and Darrell when we were younger. Sam and Willa Mae were among my favorite relatives. My Mom, Cora Dean Beasley, my Uncle Bengie Dean, my Aunt Mamie Dean Ledford, my sisters, Patsy Dean Parris, and Linda Dean Sellers, all wish to let you know that we share in your sorrow and your joy. And that we love you with the love of a relative as well as with the love of Christian brothers and sisters. Someday, we will all be together forever, but until then, I want you to know that I value my heritage, that I share with you, of the good Christian men and women that raised us and taught us to love the Lord. May God richly bless you in the coming weeks as you grieve for your loss. With my love, Pauline Dean Ensley.
We were so sorry to hear of the death. We pray for all of you and will remember all the good times and and know that one day we will be together again.
May God continue to bless you and watch over all of you at this grievious time.
I was sitting in my recliner thinking about David and how much I loved him. I will always treasure and hold dear to my heart the cradle he built for our son. This child that once played and slept in the cradle is now a United States Marine stationed in Monterey,CA. I know David would be proud of him as we are now. Our love and prayers are sent to Billy Jo and the family. Just remember the cradle that David made will be passed on to my son and his children some day. With all our love and prayers – Judith,Terry and LCpl Cochran
