Patricia I hope you get to view this I’m unsure of how to get a hold of you otherwise. I just found out about Ruby, or I would have found you sooner. Since Meredith and I both left WNC baptist home, neither one of us came back as often as we should have and now regret not coming to see her. I would just like to remind you of how much we both loved her and what a great time we had with her! Getting her cracked up and laughing was the best part of our nights. We love you too Patricia! We will miss her greatly-
About 4 years ago I first met Ruby at the Baptist Home. I was in training for a certified nursing assistant through AB Tech. Ruby was a patient of mine and all of us from AB Tech fell in love with her. She was very lovable, sweet, caring person. I will never forget her. I am so sorry to read of her passing away. Her family will truly miss her but always cherish her many wonderful memories she has made in her lifetime. May God be with each and every member of her family.
Ruby was a wonderful lady and had a wonderful family to support her.Pat,you were always there at every appointment and did so much. I will always remember what Ruby told me,’ Go, travel and have fun and forget about cleaning house. When you’re old you will remember all the fun times you had not how clean you kept your house.’ My thoughts are with you and I know Ruby is singing loudly now.
I met Ruby when I first started working at the Baptist Home, in the spring of last year. I helped take care of Ruby quite often. Ruby was always sweet to me and could make me laugh! ‘Rube’ was my nickname for her.I loved her very much, and will never forget her.My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
We were so glad to have met and shared time with Granny. My only regret is I didn’t spend more time with Granny. She always had a twinkle in her eye and always celebrated our birthdays. That was so special for both of you to do!
We love you and miss Granny but know she is in a beautiful place with our lord!
