Thomas J. Rousseau, 56, of Asheville, NC loving husband of Cynthia Rousseau; adoring stepfather of Lorinda and Norm; dear brother of Howard (Carol), Robert (Karen), and Mary (Natvig); uncle to many nieces and nephews; passed away at St. Joe's Mission Hospital on Oct. 7, 2009. Born February 16, 1953 in Beaver Dam, WI, he was the son of Howard Sr. and Nellie Rousseau. Tom received his degree from University of Wisconsin, Platteville and worked as an engineer with GTS Gibson Technical Services. Tom was regarded as a humble man of high integrity, loyalty, and loving kindness. His Christian faith sustained him as he battled leukemia for the past year. He touched many lives wherever he went with his hearty laugh, gentle demeanor, willingness to listen, and boundless love. His untimely death brings deep grief to all who knew and loved him. Pastor Billy Osigian will hold a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 at the Calvary Chapel of Asheville, 900 W. Chapel Road, Asheville, NC, and another memorial will be held in Wausaukee, WI in June 2010. A website has been created in Tom's honor by his daughter, Lorinda (http://thomas-rousseau.memory-of.com).
