Thelma ''Peggy'' Hopkins

Miss Hopkins was born in Hendersonville and was a daughter of the late William Ronnie and Dorothy Jamison Hopkins, Sr. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

She is survived by one brother, Bud Hopkins and four sisters, Dottie Dixon, Katherine Warren, Ethel Black and Diane Hall, all of Asheville.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday at Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. J. Derrill Smith officiating. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Mausoleum.

Her family will receive friends from 7- 8:30 pm Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue where Ms. Hopkins will remain until being placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.
