The Carter’s
I know Naomi from childhood when I attended Bent Creek Baptist church. She knew my grandmother, Mary Ellen Faulkner, and my childhood babysitter Marion Blankenship. My sister and I used to love going to her little house on Stradley Mtn whenever Grandma wanted to visit. She could tell the most wonderful stories! Through the years I lost touch with her, the lady my parents, Bruce and Ruby Faulkner, called ‘Sarg.’ To learn of her death saddens me but she gave me lovely childhood memories.
Naomie will be missed in our Western North Carolina Women’s Veterans Association. She was a faithful member.
I grow up with Naomie and will miss her. She was always laughing.
What a personality to be leaving this world! She was always full of laughter and enjoyed life to the fullest. I only wish I had had the opportunity to be around her more. She will be remembered very fondly.
we love you and you surely
will be missed by all.
Our prayers abd heartfelt sympathies to the family.
