Guestbook

  1. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, Kyle, Jeff and Kathy. Your father was a big influence in my life during my Little League and Babe Ruth years in West Asheville. He will be missed.

  2. sorry for your loss… Mr. Griswold was one of my favorite little league coaches . he will be missed

  3. Kyle, Jeff and Kathy:
I worked closely at CPW with your Dad, from 1974 until his retirement. He was a good man and a dear friend. We shared many laughs and light-hearted moments through the years. I heard all about your lives as you grew from children to young adults. I know that he was proud of you!
May God bless you all with a peace that surpasses the pain of your loss.

  4. While working at Cranston I got to know LC and enjoyed knowing him so very much. My memories of him are fond and I want to send my condolences to his family.

  5. To Kathy, Jeff and Kyle,
I had not gotten a chance to know your Father, but I would have liked to. From all I have heard and seen, he is very loved. I’m sorry for your loss.

  6. I remember when I was the ‘new kid on the block’, it was your sweet family who first made me to feel welcome. You welcomed me to the neighborhood and into your home as a friend. It is a friendship that I cherish still – beyond time lapsed and distance seperating. ‘Mr. G’ will always be remembered for his genuine kindness and goodness….and he will be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you now and always.
    Love ~ Jan

  7. I got to know L.C. at Heart Path a couple of years ago. I saw him often delivering flowers and in various West Asheville businesses. Just found out today while looking thru an old newspaper of his passing. I had wondered what had become of him lately. He was a super guy and I know the family will miss him much as I will. Take care and God Bless.
