William Kenneth Peebles, 86, of 91 Victoria Road, Asheville, died Sunday, February 24, 2002.
Mr. Peebles was born in Buncombe County and was retired from the City of Asheville. He was married to the late Barbara Peebles.
He is survived by one daughter, Mary Peebles of Asheville; one step-daughter, Irene Brigman of Asheville; and three grandchildren.
His family will receive friends from 7 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
