Ruth Mildred King Wiggins

Ruth Mildred King Wiggins, 93, of Asheville, died Monday, August 1, 2011, at Aston Park Health Care Center. A native of Haywood Co., she was a daughter of the late Perry and Jessie Varner King. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Daniel Wiggins, and by a son, John Wiggins. She is survived by a daughter, June Wiggins of Asheville; a grandson, Brian Wiggins; and 2 step-grandchildren, David and Donnie Keywood. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of the Mausoleum at Pisgah View Memorial Park, with the Rev. Jack Collins officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
