Tredge William Hill, 17, of Candler, died Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
Tredge was born July 3, 1994 in Asheville, and was a son of Chuck Hill and Rebecca Netherton Hill. He had attended Enka High School, and worked for Mulls Paint and Body. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed going to the mountains with his mom.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by paternal grandmother Bonnie Hill Ledford; maternal grandparents Edgar and Ruby Netherton; sister Ashley Deanna Hill; brother Timothy Leon Hill; and girlfriend Sybil Morgan Crowder.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at Brown's View United Methodist Church, with the Reverends Woody Wiggins, Dean Goode, and Brian Strickland officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the church, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to the Browns View Cemetery Fund, in care of Mary Lee Allen, 21 Bennett Rd., Candler, NC 28715.
