Asheville, NC
Adalynn Mae Masters was born on January 4, 2026 sleeping in the arms of Jesus. She fulfilled her purpose by bringing love, hope and faith to all who awaited her arrival.
She was the most precious gift from God, perfect, pure and deeply loved from the very first moment. Her tiny life awakened dreams, hopes and a love so powerful it will never fade. While our hearts grieve her absence, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life and trust in God’s plan. Her life, though short, will forever be a testimony of God’s grace and the preciousness of every soul that knew about her.
Adalynn is survived by her parents, Austin and Taylor Masters; fur brother Willie Masters; grandparents, Glenn and Tonya King and Steven and Jennifer Masters; as well as great-grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 9 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 10 at Chestnut Grove Church in Leicester, NC, with the Reverends Stanley Surrett and Paul Sluder officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Deuteronomy 31:8
And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
