  7. Sandra, Mr. Hipshire & All Of The Family:

I know this is a sad time. She had been sick so long and she was tired and weary. God wanted to take her to be in His mansion that He has prepared. She is now ‘Being Serenaded By Angels’. I was coming to see her Saturday night and called to tell you (Sandra) I was coming but it was too late. I felt so bad but I know she entered into the wonderful Home called Heaven and she wouldn’t have wanted to miss that. She took God’s hand at 4:00 P.M. Saturday and she is having a wonderful time right now. I know what you are going through, as I have went through this, not with my mother but my father and then my step-father. I hurt for you also and I know you will miss her dearly. Know that God is calling His children home everyday and soon it will be our turn, just be ready. You will see her again as long as Jesus is living in your heart and you have let Him come in. It is my prayer that God will comfort each of you during these days ahead. You are certainly in my prayers and thoughts. Sandra, I admire you for how you took such good care of your mother to the very last breath. You will one day be greatly rewarded because the Bible tells us to take care of our parents when they are sick and you have definitely done that for your Mother. You know I love you and I’m here for you if you need me, my wonderful, best friend and sister in Christ.

    God Bless each of you.

    Love You,
    Teressa Warren

  8. Clay and family, we certainly join you in remembrance of your loving mother, wife, and grandmother. You have our prayers and condolances. Our church group sings regularly at The Oaks but did not know she was there or we would have visited her.May God bless you all.

Although it’s been so many years now, I still remember our Qakley times on Blalock Avenue. I know Betty had a long and productive life and a wonderful family and she was surely blessed by God for that. Let me know if you need anything and God bless you (828-670-7135)..Claude

Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your precious mother. It is so difficult to say goodbye to someone who has been there from the moment you were born. Sandra, you will never regret a moment that you spent with your mom making sure she was not lonely, not hungry, not cold, and most of all making sure she knew she was loved even with her last breath. You will be in my thoughts and prayers, good friend! I love you.
