Betty Winn

A native of Mecklenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Gilbert E. and Margaret Wilkinson Peele. She was formerly employed with Martin Gross CPA Firm where she worked as a bookkeeper for over 30 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Belinda Robinson of Swannanoa, Deborah Arrington and her husband Neal of Candler and Tracy Elaine Winn of Fletcher; two sisters, Sylvia Dawson and her husband John, of Asheville and Roberta Davern and her husband Matthew of Hendersonville; a brother, William H. Peele and his wife Sandra of Anderson, SC and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Reverend Ralph Sexton, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Thursday at the funeral home and at other times will be at the home of Deborah Arrington, Lot 3, Lone Oak Lane, Candler.

Our deepest condolences and sympathies on your loss. We didn’t know her but we do know and love Debbie. If Debbie is any reflection of Betty than she was truely a wonderful woman. Debbie, you and your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers.
