Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I am so sorry to hear about Blanche’s passing. But I am extremely glad to see that she has made it ‘home’. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. As I have just recently as of monday celebrated the life of my own grandfather. Many wonderful memories of Blanche will remain with me for many years to come.

  2. Mary and family, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. My thoughts are prayers are with you during this difficult time. If I can do anything please let me know.

    Love, Judy

  3. Aunt Mary Nell, I’m so sorry to hear of Blanche’s passing. You and the rest of the family are in our thoughts and prayers. With much love, Tina, Steve, Erin, and Lee

  4. I cannot think of any other woman / mother who could always be found willing to give of herself to the children about her. Her quiet and caring demeanor is what those of us that remain in this world will miss the most. It was a blessing to know Blanche…I pray now that each of her family & extended family / friends will find God’s comfort and continue to be quietly blessed by the memory or such a giving person.

  5. Christie and Julie, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your ‘Mother’-Blanche.
I was the assistant in your first grade class in Candler Elem.School.
I will never forget the sweet smile on Blanche’s face when she would bring you girls to the room. She loved you all very much. You were blessed to have her.
    All Our Sympathy and Prayers,
    Judy and Ralph White

  6. Blanche has been such an inspiration to me since I met her in 1972. What a wonderful influence on, not only the lives of her own children and grandchildren, but also all of the children whose lives were touched by her loving care at Snow Hill church.

When I would visit in her home with my own children when they were small, she would always welcome us warmly no matter how busy she was. What a blessing to have known her all these years.

Blanche, we love you and we will miss you.

Karen (Richard, Scott, Juli and Kristi) McCracken
