Bobby Ray Rash

Mr. Rash was born in Buncombe County and was a son of the late Arthur Ray and Anna Elizabeth Smith Rash. He was an Army veteran, a dairy farmer and an owner-operator truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Embler Rash; two sons, Scott Rash and his wife Gwen of Leicester and Chad Rash of the home; a granddaughter, Amanda Rash; two sisters, Jeanette Brown of Swannanoa and Barbara Pinkerton of Marion; and three brothers, Millard Rash and Tony Rash of Leicester and Gerald Rash of Berryville, AR.

A memorial service will be at 4:00 pm Tuesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Smith officiating.
