Guestbook

  1. As past president of the Buncombe County Beekeepers, we would like to express condolences to the family of Carl. He was a good beekeeper because he loved his honey bees. He was part of our ‘old guard’ and those rosy cheeks exuded his enthusiasm to be a part of our beekeeping community. He would make whirly gig yard art for our fundraising auctions. Cathy, we are happy you will continue the legacy. Let us know if you need any help through http://www.wncbees.org. In the tradition of beekeepers we will tell the news of Carl’s passing to the bees.

  2. I worked many years with Carl at Taylor Instrument. He was an excellent manager who made complex projects appear simple. He possessed an excellent sense of humor and a delightful personality. He and Betty were a memorable and special couple. I admired Carl. He was one of the greats. I regret being unable to attend his service due to a death in my wife’s family. I extend my deepest sympathy.
