Carlton Stokes

Carlton A. Stokes passed away on September 28, 2015. He was 88 years old. Born in Butler County Alabama on March 19, 1927, he was the youngest of 8 brothers and 2 sisters. Carl was preceded in death by his wife Ellen Elnora Stokes, and their son Richard C. Stokes. Surviving is his son Greg Stokes, daughter Sandra Sallas, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his loving companion for ten years, Martha Esposito. Carl will always be remembered for his kind nature, loving heart, soft words, and witty humor. Funeral Services will be in Auburndale, Florida at Kersey Funeral home on Friday, October 2nd at 2:00 pm with a visitation from 1:00 - 2:00.
