Carolyn Tribble Jones, 79, of Asheville, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, at Mission Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, SC to the late C. Anderson and Vallie Christine Cole Tribble, she was an RN and was a member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her family.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Jones of Fairview and James Jones of Asheville; one daughter, Andrea Voisey of Boone six grandchildren, Jeremy, Thomas, Stephen, Anthony, Matthew and Bethany; two great grandchildren, J. Wells, Jr. and Elijah.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 4:00 P.M. at Beverly Hills Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. William King will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Graceland West Memorial Park, Greenville, SC, officiated by Rev. Robert Pittman.
Memorials may be made to Beverly Hills Baptist Church, 777 Tunnel Rd., Asheville, NC 28805.
Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Road is assisting the family.
Mom…..I already Miss you…..and I know you are in a better…..the best place……you are the Kindest Woman I have ever met…..and when I talk to people about you……they always said….she is an Angel…..and finally you are at home….at peace and singing with the Angels……Love, your son…….James,
I only met Carolyn once but I will say the one thing I will remember is her sweet, soft voice. A gentle soul…at home, in His peace for eternity. We shall meet again someday soon. love, Kari
