Mr. Butler was a kind gentleman, and a wonderful neighbor. I loved to listen to his old tractor when he would mow, I would just take a break, sit on the deck, and listen to the sound of his tractor! He was an inspiration to all that had the pleasure to know him, He will be missed. We know he is in Heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. God Bless you all.
We would like to send our condolences to the Butler family in the loss of a great man. We have only great memories of Mr. Butler at the little church in Biltmore. He always had a smile, one that no one could ever forget. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. The Moss Family

Dear Butler family,
We have been inspired by Mr Butler just by hearing Dale and Linda tell us about him and then how he faced this last battle. God bless you all for sticking with him through this. We have been and will continue to pray for you. Because HE lives we can face tomorrow. In HIM,

I pray that God will wrap each of you in his loving arms and give you strength and comfort. Thinking of you at this difficult time. With all my love.
Dear Butler Family,
I am so sorry for your loss but your loss is Heaven’s gain. E A has gone to be with the Lord and what a reunion so many people from Mt Zion are having? Many have gone to heaven, which include my dad and mom (Lawrence and Ruth Barnwell). E A was always the sam, so kind and friendly. I would come up to visit and go to Mt Zion when I lived in Tennessee, he had that wonderful smile and always a warm handshake or hug. Please know my love and prayers are with you.
