Charles Edward Noe

Charles Edward Noe, 77, formerly of Asheville, died Thursday, February 14, 2008, in Fayetteville, NY. Mr. Noe was born in Upton, MA, and was a son of the late Charles and Winona Waterman Noe. He was married to Huguette G. Noe, who died in1991. Mr. Noe was a career Army veteran, serving in the Korean War and Vietnam. He was also a former insurance agent for Jefferson Pilot. He is survived by four daughters, Martine Noe, Christine Scott and her husband, Thomas, Charlene Holland and her husband, Timothy, and Jacqueline Young and her husband, Christopher; one son, Michael Noe; one sister, Regina Blamire; and nine grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Fr. John M. Pagel at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Burial will be at Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
