Clyde Marshall Banks
March 1, 1913 ~ August 28, 1998
Graveside services for Mr. Banks will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 1, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Donald N. Welborn officiating.
Mr. Banks was born in Buncombe COunty and was a son of the late Doak Henry and Alice E. Fox Banks. He was retired after 35 years with American Enka.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Neaner Gasperson Banks; a daughter and her husbandm Jo Ann and Bill Starowesky; four sisters, Annie Lee Gasperson, Pear Gasperson, Bessie Pinner, and Lillian Jones; two grandchildren, Robert Day and Kimberly Faircloth, and two great-granddaughters.
