  3. Dottie, you are one of our Families oldest friends and we have always appreciated your love and friendship. I will truly miss seeing your smiling face and getting those wonderful hugs. Rest in peace my dear friend and say hi to mom and Hartsie! Heaven has gained another angel !

  4. Bud, Betty, Willard and family,
So sorry to hear of Dottie’s passing. I fondly remember my days singing and worshiping with her in the Oak Forest Choir. Also, remember her and all of those saints who cooked so many gallons of Brunswick Stew and other meals to fund the Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary renovations and so many other projects. She was always willing to support the children and youth programs. And she always had a smile and a hug. May God comfort you all in the loss of Dottie.

  8. My heart hurts knowing Dottie has left her earthly life. I remember when Buddy married Dottie. Dottie lit up all of our lives with her goodness, kindness, and absolute love for Buddy and his family. Dottie had a great impression on me as young girl when I met her: her ready smile, her caring attitude toward all human beings most especially her family, her beauty. Heaven has gained the angel that earth has lost. Mark’s and my love to all of her family, especially Buddy, Betty, Willard, and Beth her niece that brought her much joy.

  9. Bud,

Ruthie & I were so sorry to hear of Dottie’s passing. We did not hear of her passing until today. Dottie was such a good friend to my mama & daddy and my family loved her dearly. Our thoughts & prayers are with you and the rest of the family.

    Robbie & Ruthie Dempsey

  10. Bud, Donna and I are saddened to learn of Dot’s death. It has been a while since we visited, but we will always remember her great smile and kind words. This world will be a little dimmer without her, but heaven will be brighter forever.

  11. Rest in Peace my longtime most loyal trusted friend. I will miss you so very much but knowing that you are not hurting any longer is a blessing. No one can ever take your place. Love Linda.
