DOROTHY TAYLOR
LEICESTER – Dorothy Lee Helms Taylor, 88, died Thursday, November 11, 2010.
Mrs. Taylor was born in Knoxville, TN, and was a daughter of the late Edward and Eller Eudy Helms. She was married to Leslie D. Taylor, who died in 1991. She formerly worked at Beacon Mfg. and she was a member at Emma's Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sisters, Pauline Wilson and her husband, Larry, of Leicester and Agnes Lanning of Old Fort; a brother, Floyd Helms and his wife, Bertha, of Rock Hill, SC; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Cane Creek Cemetery with Mr. Larry Wilson speaking.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
