  4. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We are so thankful for the provision of heaven that the Lord has to offer us and we all can look forward to getting there someday.

  5. I always loved Edith and she was always so sweet and pleasant; we loved her cakes and pies.

I saw Edith right before Christmas and I told her that I loved her. We talked and laughed as we always did and I told her ‘to keep it in the road.’

When I told her goodbye, I told her that I loved her, and she told me that she loved me. I’ll miss her very much and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I’m sorry that I will miss the funeral but I will be there with you in my thoughts and prayers.

    Love to all of you,

    Clara

  6. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time. I will miss seeing Mrs. Taylor’s smiling face in the pew directly behind me every Sunday. What a dear precious lady she was and I am privileged to have gotten to know her over the years. Heaven will be a much sweeter place with the smiling faces of Mrs. Taylor and those who have gone on before us. Love to you all.

  7. Dear family of Mrs. Taylor,
I remember her and especially her sister, Thelma Rector whose family was friends with our family. I remember Hubert White was my father, Burgin Wright’s favorite brick mason for the houses my father built. Bill and Phillip Rector were friends of my brothers, Richard and Wayne Wright. Cherish the memories of your loved one!!
Take care. Much love, Jeanette Wright Parham from Olivette Rd/Farm Rd in West Buncombe. I graduated from Erwin in 1957.

  8. Madeline was a most precious lady. She was faithful to God and to her church. Each Sunday morning you would see her getting out of Eddy’s truck to be at Sunday School. She always had a smile on her face and was always happy to be there. We will miss her smile and her place on the pews at Macedonia Baptist Church. She is now with her Lord walking and praising God all over heaven. What an example she has been to all of us and especially to me and Jim. We always looked forward to seeing her at church!!! Proud you should be of such a faithful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great-great Grandmother!!!!!
    In Christ’s Love,
    Jim and Claudette

  9. Grandmother was such an influence in my life, even though We didn’t see each other much in the later years, she always wanted to know that I was ok.
I will surely miss Grandma, until I get there where she is, and can visit with her,and roam all over Heaven with her.
