Mom, it has been five years since you left this world. The anniversary fell on Mother’s Day. I think of you all of the time and miss our talks. You have left me with such wonderful memories and I will always hold you close in my heart.
You will be missed by all that knew you.
You will be greatly missed.
She was my stepmom for almost 30 years. She was a support to me through hard times and was always a joy to be around. She was an inspiration to my father. I love her very much and will greatly miss her.
I’ll always remember Aunt Edie’s gentle southern voice and picture her playing the guitar, singing, and smiling.
Edie & Darathy spent many days together after they met. Working on background music to be used in the rest home ministry. She has asked that we continue it, and we have. We will miss her.
It has been two years since mom left this world. Mabel, who was like a sister to my mother, passed away May 14, 2003, 2 years to the date of my mother. I miss my mother, my best friend. I still wish I could pick up the phone and call her.
I miss you my best friend and mother. I followed in your footsteps and have been singing in nursing homes and always sing your song, ‘One Day at a Time’
