Elizabeth Healy Phillips

Elizabeth A. Phillips, 89, of Tryon, NC passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2003, at White Oak Manor Nursing Home. A native of Newark, NJ, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Bessie T. Healy and was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard S. Phillips. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips retired to Tryon from Saratoga Springs, NY in 1982. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Philips is survived by several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Reverend Dean Cesa officiating.
