Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Our thoughts and prayers go to Emily’s family as she was a dear friend and valued employee for so many years with us at Jefferson Pilot-Lowery Financial Group in Charlotte.

  2. Aubrey and I were saddened to learn of Emily’s death. We enjoyed Emily and her niece here at the beach a few summers ago and corresponded every Christmas via cards.

Emily spoke highly of her nieces and families and told numerous stories about them with pride. She relished her vacations at the beach and holidays with family and spoke often of their love and attention.

Music and church were her other great loves and we know Emily will rest in peace with her heavenly choir.

  3. Although I did not know your loved one, I know she was dear and beloved by you. John 5:28 – 29 speaks of the ‘resurrection hope’, a time of unspeakable joy when we can welcome back our loved ones. I hope as you read that scripture it brings you and your family comfort.

  4. I just found out about Emily’s death and I am so sorry to hear this. We worked together at Jefferson Standard in Charlotte in the 70’s and had kept in touch over the years. I didn’t hear from her at Christmas and wondered why. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

  5. I just learned of Emily’s death today through a friend who googled her name. I wish I had known of her death as I would have attended the memorial service. Emily and I worked together for many years at Jefferson Standard and had kept in touch since I left there in 1988. We shared a birthday, our Presbyterian faith and many great memories. My condolences to all of you.
