Words cant describe how I feel about my aunt Eva. She was a big part of my upbringing. I love her and will miss her greatly. One thing I know for sure is if you asked Eva if she was going to heaven she would say ‘I know so’. Not ‘I hope so’, or ‘I think so’. May we all honor her memory by making sure we see her again one day by being able to answer the same question if asked ‘I know so’. Only by knowing Jesus can we say this. Please remember Rex, Becky and family, and my mother Iva in your prayers.

Thinking of your family during this difficult time. Eva will be greatly missed!
My Aunt Eva was one of the greatest influences in my life.I had the privilege and wonderful memories of spending 4 days with her,Uncle Rex,Eugene and Aunt Iva in July. She taught me more than anyone will ever know and loved me unconditionally. The best thing I could ever hope for was getting sit and talk to her and tell her exactly how I felt about her and how much she meant to me when I visited her in July. She kept telling me not to cry,and slipped a little note in a keepsake and sent it home with me.I will treasure the memories and that note for the rest of my life.I also came home with many pictures we went through and I know she is up there with Granny,Papaw and my Mom and her brothers,Wayne and Junior and feels no more pain or suffering, but I will never get over her passing.I loved her so so much..god bless Rex Iva Eugene Becky and Roger….Sandy
Eva-
I want to say to you thanks for letting my family into yours. You made Sunday nights in my memories of traveling to your house, sharing meals with Rex and then Becky and Roger as they came along. The many hours playing Wahoo or cards and watching Disney on those Sunday nights remind me how much fun it was to be young and growing up with you and your family.
I will miss you, but you will always be remembered when my kids play games with their friends around our table.
Love, John Wayne
