  7. Dear Fisher family, my thoughts are of your Mom and you during this sad time. Both of your parents were such a big part of our family’s life growing up. Evelyn was our Mom’s best friend and brought much happiness to her life. I am sending much love to you all and will always hold your Mom in my heart. I was so glad I got to see her at Aston Park, she greeted me with such a typical smile and laughter. She will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

What wonderful times Bob, Evelyn, Bill & I had when we lived in Swannanoa! The memories are many- the love and respect is very strong. We laughed ’til we cried, and did we ever love to eat! Sonia, how grateful I am that you brought your mom to see Bill 2 wks. before he died. Quite a memory! You cared so well for your mom–and dad before they died-you are a great family! I will love all of you forever-Barbara

  12. Evelyn and Bob were very dear to our entire family. We have many heartfelt memories when we were neighbors in Wilshire Park. We will always cherish our times together ‘as family.’ Christmas morning, cook outs, Evelyn’s fish pond, her surprise tree, Bob’s political stuff, sharing their many trips, halloween fun, decorating the house, births, graduations, marriages, the fence, the fire, snow, Bob’s eulogy, prayer and burial of Emily, prowlers, Charlene, my Lupus, Wes-leigh’s speeding tickets, Anna’s birth, Otis, our trip out West, Leroy’s retirement and so much more will always be remembered when we count our blessings. Your mom and dad influenced not only our lives in making important decisions but every other life they touched. Everyone who knew them loved them. Please know that our prayers are with all of you as you go through this very difficult time. You are all very special to us and our entire family. We pray God will continue to bless you in the future. Love, The Goodsons
