Flora Hunter Lyda, 94, of 11 Elmer's Place, Fairview, died Sunday, March 12, 2000 at the Hospice Solace Center.
A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Emmaline Sprinkle Hunter and was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Lyda.
She is survived by ten grandchildren including Sue Bradley with whom she made her home in Fairview.
Her family will receive friends 7-8:30 Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home, Patton Avenue.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Green Hills Cemetery.
