Dear Laura, George was, to us, a man of high integrity and someone that always took the right path. The path wasn’t always the easiest to take – but the one he knew in his heart as the only one for him that would never question the direction he went. We will miss him and remember him for his great character and good humor, and as a Southern gentleman.
Uncle George had such a wonderful sense of humor and gentle spirit. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Love, Jennifer & Steve
Laura and family, May you be embraced with the peace that passes understanding during this time of grief. George was my dear friend at church and at the airport.
The first day I met George was on a Christmas Day. He was a proud and good man, a credit to his family and his beloved Piedmont Airlines. The last day I saw George was Thanksgiving Day; he was ready to celebrate and embrace family and friends. He enjoyed his life to the last. Love to Laura.
