Yesterday, when I drove through Fairview, I could see Gerald’s fingerprints everywhere in the businesses and buildings he developed and built. Gerald was so full of energy and creativity that it is so hard to think of him as passing on. We will truly miss him. There is some comfort for us remembering that he is at peace with our Creator and our prayer is that there is comfort for you in knowing this also.
We were fortunate to spend many hours in personal conversation with Gerald and from these talks we know that Gerald loved his family very much and that he was especially proud of his children. We will remember him as kind, funny, generous, creative and very intelligent. Gerald was a truly an original person and we will never forget him. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
