Guestbook

  1. To all the family –

It was an honor to know and work with Gerson at Mission Hospital in the Pastoral Care Department. He taught me nuch about what ministry should be by his example. His Christlike compassion touched me and so many others. I will miss him and I thank God for him.

All of you will be in my prayers.

  2. To the family of Gerson,

How fortunate I was to have known this beautiful, compassionate man. I didn’t see him often, but it was like a breath of fresh air when I did. I am so grateful that he crossed my path in this life.

  3. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Gerson. My husband and I both worked with him at Biltmore Estate and he officiated our wedding there in 2003. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

  4. It was always a great pleasure to see Mr.Veiga coming to the office,we always try to carry our conversation in italian, besides being a true gentleman,I will miss him.My deepest sympathy,Roseanne

  5. I worked with Dr. Veiga at Biltmore Estate for many years, we had many conversations about life and experiences when I was there. I know that Dr. Veiga will be missed by all.

  6. He will always be remembered as you share the stories and the memories of how he lived his life and how very much he meant, may you find comfort…And, throughout this difficult time, may you also know the deep sympathy and concern that is felt for you and all your family. I have fought the fine fight, I have run the course to the finish, I have observed the faith.-2Timothy 4:7. As for me, I will lie down that I may sleep; I shall certainly awake, for Jehovah himself keeps supporting me. -Psalms 3:5

  7. So glad that I was able to travel together for a moment with Gerson on his journey through life while at Biltmore Guest Relations. What a wonderful spirit. He showed us the value of true hospitality. Leonardo da Vinci said that, “As a well-spent day brings happy sleep, so life well used brings happy death.” It is good to think about when someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. All the Best to the Veiga Family. Milt
