June was my Aunt, I have so many good memories that will never be forgotten. So many fun shopping trips.
June was talented in so many things. She made beautiful quilts, loved making wreaths with her sister. Her paintings were realistic. Basically she could make about anything. She was previously a beautician and it showed , she was always neat and put together. I will always love you aunt June . Thank you for loving me and especially your sister.

  15. Carlus & Chuck,
As we all come to grips with the passing of precious June, we truly realize how fortunate we have been to have had her in our lives. A rare individual, who was a tremendous friend, and had the ability to beautify everything around her. From her creative talents, kind acts, or just simply being her beautiful, fun, and animal loving self, she will be so tremendously missed. Our hearts are broken, not only for you, but for ourselves as well. Please know that you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers, and that you do not shoulder this lose alone. What a blessing she has been to all of us. Love you June…
    Love you our sweet friends.
    John 16:22

  16. I knew June since I was about 8 years old. She and Barbara taught me to ride a bicycle the Crawfords front yard. A truly wonderful lady !

  17. My mother and dad were friends with June’s Mother and Dad, Irene and Craig. I enjoyed visiting with Barbara and June with my mother. I was always envious of the fish pond they had in their backyard. June and Barbara went to Sand Hill, and I went to Candler in elementary school. It was good to have June in some of my classes at Enka. As life happens, our paths did not cross often after graduation, but it was always good to see her and reminisce old times together.

With my concern and sincerest sympathy to her family.

    Anita Robinson Metcalf

  18. Hey Carlos, was saddened to hear you lost your precious wife. We shall meet again my friend. May the rest of your journey be peaceful.

  19. So many happy and fun childhood memories. Growing up on Starnes Cove. My best memory when we took our children to Enka and dropped them off for what seemed like the end of their childhood. Tears fell that day in Winn Dixie.
For all who loved and admired her, my sympathy goes out to all.
