Harry J. O'Kelley

Harry J. O'Kelley, 84, of 72 Pisgah Highway, died Thursday, October 28, 1999 in a local health care facility.
A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Frank and Texie O'Kelley. He was a member of Davis Chapel United Methodist Church, a retired farmer and also retired from the US Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Barnes O'Kelley; a daughter, Barbara Burnette of Candler; a son, Dan O'Kelley of Asheville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Reverend H. D. Houck officiating. Burial will be in Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm before the service at the funeral home.
