Into your hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servent Hazel. Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Receive her into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light. AMEN
Miss Hazel hired me in 1972 to work at Ron Butler’s company – where she was working part-time. She had known my daddy, Leland Jones, Jr. – and she interviewed me from Blantons Bus. College – knowing Hazel was a pleasure – and our Haw Creek Homeowners Assn – and Chris Pelly and I had the pleasure of interviewing her for our newsletter – and she was a spry and sweet as she always was – I share your loss – God Bless: Vivian ‘VICKIE’ Jones Gaddy
