Dear Hipps Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Hazel’s passing. But I know that she was ready to go home to be with her husband and children. I got to know here while working at Fleshers. When I first met Hazel her comment was ‘I’m the only Hazelnut in the place!’ I always looked forward to seeing her on the mornings that I worked her hall. She was quite an inspiration to alot of people and I am proud to say that she was one of my really great friends. May God bless and keep you in this time of sorrow.
To all of Hazels family. Pollys mom Pearl Jenkins lived across the hall from Hazel. We got to know Hazel fom our visitations. Our love for Hazel grew from the first meeting. She was always smiling and greeting us by our names (she didn’ forget). Hazel was an example of what a spiritual woman is. I know she is nesteled in Gods arms now. She told Polly and me she would like to make 100, but she was ready to go. We loved her very much. All of you will be in our prayers. Don and Polly Surrett
May the Lord comfort you with His peace.
With love,
Jeff and Madeline
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of our beloved Beebee. But we find comfort in knowing that she lived such a vivid and dedicated life, full of friendship, love, and most importantly stories to tell. We share a comforted smile reflecting on her past recollections of life throughout the century, especially ordering beehives from the Sear’s catalogue. You could see the strength she possessed, especially towards the sunset of her life, nothing could keep her back when she set her mind to something. Her strong character, loving nature, and fervent dedication will echo in our daily lives forever in memory of the full life she lived.
I am one of Bebe’s granddaughter. Bebe was a wonderful example of strength, love enduring, and the tender relationship she has with her husband and family. She is our Matriac who we will always remember and continue to learn from her expamle always. I LOVE YOU BEBE.
A Grand Lady, surely to be missed by all.
Rachel and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Hazel was a kind and loving person and will be greatly missed.
God bless you.

BeeBee, you were so loved and cherished and your memory will always remain vivid in our lives. You lived a beautiful, long, productive life and went out like the fighter you always were. I know you are happy where you are, with the ones who have gone before you. You have always been precious in my heart, though I was only the wife of your grandson. My prayers are with you. Thank you for everything.
Hipps Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Hazel’s passing. She was a good friend and I enjoyed talking with her in the beauty shop each Friday morning. She had a sweet spirit and I will miss her.

I took care of Hazel at the rest home for around 5 years. She was like a grandmother to me and a blessing to know. She taught me how to play skip bo! I know she was ready to go home and my what a wonderful woman God called home. My prayers are with her family in this time of great loss. God Bless each of you.
To: Hazel’s Family,
We are so sorry to hear that Hazel
has gone to her new home. I have enjoyed the last few years getting to know her at Fleshers. She was an extraordinary lady with high morals and was the example of a Christian lady. She was always willing to share her love for God, and how good that He had been to her. She often shared with me the love for her family and how blessed she had been by their love. Bill and I loved her and will miss her! We feel that she influenced our lives in a postive way by just knowing her. May God be near to each of you during this difficult time, and please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
