  4. I have so many wonderful memories of Helen, from our camping trips with her and family as a child, to our lunches in Asheville when we could come up. I always admired her strength and how she loved her family selflessly and unconditionally. I know she is happy in heaven with Dorothy and Dave.

  8. May prayers be with Helen’s family during this difficult time. Helen was a great testimony and so sweet to be around. She was part of the Walmart family, and will surely be missed! I can picture her standing at the gates of Heaven, with that beautiful smile, greeting everyone as they are called home.

  11. Helen was always warm and joyous…a bible study friend, a sweet sister in the Lord.

  12. On behalf of Donna and myself and the rest of the family, thank you to all who commented here, called, sent texts/cards/emails, attended the service, sent flowers, helped with food, transportation, and other issues. The outpouring of love and support was a true blessing to us. The people at Groce and Lake Hills Church were such a great help to us in the most difficult of times, and the service was a fitting tribute. As much as we miss her, all of this reminds us of how many lives Mom touched, and how much she was loved.
