Inez Morlock Bailey

June 5, 1905 ~ February 1, 1999

Inez Morlock Bailey, 93, of 65 Virginia Avenue, Asheville, died Monday, February 1, 1999.

Mrs. Bailey was a native of Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late John and Braskie Hudson Green. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Fred Morlock and Will Bailey.

She is survived by three step-daughters, Lois Jones, Jeanetta West, and Rachel Duckett; two step-sons, Will Bailey, Jr. and Walter E. Bailey; thirteen grandchildren, including, Larry M. Basham and Wendi Earp; a cousin, Gleena Revis; a number of great and great-great grandchildren, and nieces.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday at Ashelawn Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Page officiating.
