Jim lived large. Most all of my life I looked up to Jim as a role model to be copied because he had perfected it all from the intellectual pursuits to outdoor adventures to an appreciation of history and a kind side which brought him and others in touch with a spiritual side of life. In all ways, Jim led a life that will forever make his family proud. I treasure his friendship and my memories.
I am so sorry for your. loss.
For a man that meant so much to so many people, thank you for impacting our lives-making us better people and sharing a love of life. You are blessed.

Susan, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine how much you hurt. God wants you to know that you are precious to him. I am here for you anytime you need a friend.
Remine family, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim had such an influence on me during the years I worked for him at Camp Daniel Boone. I have always admired him for being a great role model for so many people. His hunting and archery skills were especially impressive…he’s the only man I know who has taken a caribou with a bow and arrow! He was a special person and will be missed by many.
I am so sorry to hear about Mr. ReMine. He had a great impact on my life during school. I always looked up to Mr. ReMine with great respect! I pray God will give you comfort and peace.
I remember Jimmy as a cute little boy visiting his mother, Dot, when she worked for Dr. Spencer at the clinic in Abingdon, old JMH. I was a student nurse at the time and we became friends and later relatives
through J.W. My very deepest sympathy to all of you and especially to Dot, a very special lady.
Susan, Jason, Kristen, and Jared,
We are all so very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We know how very hard it is and how hard it is going to be for all of you. Keep each other close, hugs really do help. Jim and Dave and Bill are probably up there swapping stories about hunting and fishing, and their days together in the Air Force. Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Hugs to all of you,
Sharon Soule and Family
