Jane Morgan

A native of Pensacola, NC, she is a daughter of the late James Riddle and Ella Buckner Riddle Woods. She was married to the late Rex Morgan for 56 years. She was a member of Bell United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of Bell.
Survivors include two daughters, Jo Ann M. Morgan of Alexander and Rebecca “Becky” Roberts of Spartanburg, SC; a sister, Polly Pelaez of Asheville; a brother, Jeter Riddle of Weaverville; five grandchildren, Rick Swilling, Cindi Castles, Crystal Moore, Sean Roberts and Suzanne Swilling Sullins; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Sunday at Bell United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Revs. Enoch Ball, Charles Phillips and Fred Carpenter officiating. Pallbearers will be Sean Roberts, Darryl Moore, Neil Castles, David Sullin, Rick Swilling and Johnny Riddle.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm Saturday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of WNC, Chapter 3, 3 Louisiana Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806.
