Janice Priscilla Wooten Adams, 56, of Elizabethton, TN, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Buncombe Co., Janice was a daughter of the late Robert Russell Wooten and Mary Roberts Frisbee. She was also preceded in death by sisters Rosalena and Vickie, and by brothers Michael and Timothy.
Surviving are her husband, Joel B. Adams; daughters, Crystal Roberts, Tiffany Roberts, and Rachel Teston; sons, Jonathan Roberts, Joshua Roberts, and Lee Adams; 10 grandchildren; sister, Gail; and brothers Robert and Kenny.
Funeral services for Mrs. Adams will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with Pastor Sam Adams officiating. Interment will follow at the Adams Family Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
