  8. JoAnn, Barry, Cindy and Andy. Kathy and I were so shocked and saddened to hear of Roger’s passing away. The only words of comfort that come to mind are from Matthew 5:4 -‘Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted.’

It seems like yesterday when all of the Erwin family gathered at Mama Erwin’s to celebrate Christmas. I can still see Roger entering the kitchen with a smile on his face and speaking very softly to all.

I know you will miss him and the pain eventually subsides. However, the thoughts and love are eternal. You each have special moments with Roger that are unique to each one of you. Treasure them as I do of my mom, dad and grandparents.

    God Bless you all!
    Love.
