Eddie was a true friend and the most giving person that I have had the pleasure of knowing. Every day when I came in he would greet me with a smile and ask me how I was doing. Tommy,Jimmy, and I will truly miss him.
I worked with Eddie at Cane Creek, he was one of the gentlest and kindest people I have ever met. He will be missed by the kids and staff alike. Who will ride the ‘zamboni’ now?
On an ocean shore a group of friends watch a ship sail out to sea, they watch until is is a speck on the horizon and then is gone. They turn to each other and sadly say ‘He is gone’.
On a distant shore a group waits, staring to sea, scanning the horizon, today is the day! Suddenly in the distance they spot a sail and a cheer goes up, ‘He is here’.
This is death, Eddie is merely gone from our view but is reunited with the family and friends who have gone before, he is home with his mom, dad and sister in the house of Our Father.
I knew Eddie for many years, I met him when I started doing taxes and I did his parents, Eddie was one of the most gentle people that I have had the privilege in knowing, he like to come by the office at K Bryant and would sit and visit with us for awhile he liked to talk and enjoyed having people to talk to, he will be greatly missed by all the staff at K Bryant and Associates, rest in peace Eddie, know you are with your mom and dad, and the one you loved to talk about, and that was your Savior.
How nice to hear how much the kids cared for Eddie. That made his days wonderful I bet.RIP dear friend. Fly high FREEBIRD.
