John Grindstaff Hughes, 88, went to be with Jesus on December 25, 2021, from his home in Asheville.
Mr. Hughes was born on May 10th, 1933, in Waynesville, NC. Mr. Hughes was the son of Earl and Lissie Hughes. Mr. Hughes was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Bill, Bobby and Jack Hughes and his sweet sister, Sue Gregory.
