Juanita Mae Angel

Juanita Mae Worley Angel, 84, of 260 Anchor Drive, Alexander, died Sunday, July 10, 2005, in a Palatka, FL, hospital. A native of Buncombe County she was the daughter of the late Jimmy and Betty Parham Worley. She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Angel, a son R. Hershell Angel and two grandsons Ricky Overman and Dale Overman. She was a former employee of Burlington Industries. Surviving are one daughter Elizabeth Overman and her husband Jim of Florahome, FL; one brother Garland Worley of Leicester, two grandsons and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery with the Revs. Darryl Vess and Preston Riddle officiating. Her family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
